Why is green tea so healthy?

It has just emerged that American doctors have developed a cream to ward off skin cancer. The magic ingredient is green tea, which is well known for its cancer-fighting properties.
Natural antioxidants called polyphenols in the tea help block the growth of skin cancer cells.

    Runny or stuffy nose? Using this trick you will be able to breathe freely in 10 seconds

    We all know the disgusting feeling of stuffy nose. Luckily, we have the solution. 
     Runny nose: It does not matter how many times you are going to wipe your nose. The mucus reappears and starts running again. To help yourself massage the nose for 10 seconds and wash the nose with salt water.

    • Stuffy nose: It is an unpleasant feeling when we cannot breathe. There is a solution for this problem.
    1. Apply pressure on the gums with your tongue and with two fingers apply pressure on the top of the nose, near the sinuses.
    2. Apply pressure until the breathing pathways in the nose are not open.
